Module 1- 50h Yin Yoga

Functional Anatomy, Daoism, TCM,Pranayama

This 7 day residential teacher training course is designed for teachers and practicioners interested to deepen their knowledge, practice and skillset as a teacher in the field of Yin Yoga in combination with Breathwork, in order to teach meaningful transformative classes, assisting the art of relaxation and emotional release (TRE). When it comes to educating Yoga teachers we prioritise a high quality of training itself and rely on the method of learning by doing and teach what you experience. In order to share with others we need to experience first, therefore this course contains a large amount of practical sessions as well as theoretical content needed to dive into. This course is limited to 13 people , so every student can get the attention needed throughout their time with us. The locations are well chosen , to create a safe and supportive learning environment offering all the comfort needed when taking a journey inward, in midst of the countryside , surrounded by nature , offering space to slow down.

  • Asana, Breathwork, Meditation and Mantra Practices

  • The Principles of Yin Yoga practice

  • Introduction to the Functional Approach of Anatomy in Yin Yoga

  • The study of target Areas in Yin Yoga Postures

  • Introduction to Breathwork techniques for relaxation and emotional release in combination with Yin Yoga and Meridian practice

  • The Biomechanics of Breathing

  • The Art of Sequencing&Teaching Yin Yoga and Breathwork practices - Asana Lab (Practical)

  • TCM practice and Meridian Theory, Daoism


Module 2:

100 H Advanced Integral-Somatic Yoga teacher Training


 A 100 H YTTC, created by Hayley Lander  and Janine Behrendt to take you deeper into the experience of Yoga, as well as offering teachers to refine their teaching skills and take their teachings to the next level.This course offers an opportunity to explore practices, which go beyond Yoga Asana. You can expect to experience Yoga on all levels - with a non-conventional timeless approach whilst still maintaining the tradition. 


This course  aims to bring across the diversity of practices, which can lead to a state of Union (Yoga). There is not just one truth - there is never just one way of practice. Nothing is purely Yin or Yang - one can’t exist without the other. 


During our course, we want to encourage practitioners and teachers to think outside the box. Combining and integrating different aspects and approaches in order to create harmony and balance. Integrating new tools, allowing creative energy to flow, without losing the tradition.

  • Teaching Yoga beyond Asana - integrating Yoga philosophy - learn how to conduct Dharma talks

  • Integrated Teaching - Create powerful and authentic themes from a place of personal connection and intuition; learn to make the theme the heartbeat of the practice and create an experience of Yoga

  • Sequence spefically to target an injury and help actively supporting the recovery process

  • Developing the skills to find appropriate modifications in class as well as being able to do one on one classes to work more specific
