Reconnect - this 4 day retreat focusses on the reconnection with nature bringing us back to basics - basics that sometimes seem so simple but are easily forgotten about . Your day will start with a daily energising Yoga practice , followed by the reconnection with nature - each day we will spend time in nature , doing different activities such as walking/hiking and foraging in the woods. Re-establishing the fundamental connection with nature . Throughout this retreat we will offer a foraging cooking workshop , fermentation workshop to create your own probiotics , and allow lots of time to relax and enjoy the freeing effects of reconnecting to yourself and this beautiful world we live in . Where there is oxygen, dis-ease can not survive . Exciting breath work sessions - and fresh air in combination with Yoga practice and healthy nutrition .
